Full payment for online orders. Changes to the original selected design will be entertained within the first three days of order. Afterward, no changes will be entertained and any variations will be chargeable.
Dresses will be made to exact measurements that are taken or supplied to us at the time of ordering. The size and weight must be maintained and is the responsibility of the client and the brand will not be held accountable for this.
Online clients when measuring-keep in mind heel height and measure with either the shoes you will be wearing on your occasion or similar height as dresses can be taken up, not down.
Once the dress has been started, THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS. If afterward you change your mind and cancel the design, then the already paid deposit will not be returned and will be rendered as your cancellation fee.
We currently operate a NO REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY. Once you have ordered there is no option to refund or exchange as your dress is made to your specifications and measurements, therefore it cannot be sold on to recoup costs.
